First time ordering anything from Made.com and I was extremely pleased, from the initial ordering/purchasing process on the website, to the final delivery and quality of the product. The desk was so easy to assemble, no missing parts and I was particularly impressed with the quality overall, especially the writing surface.

I ordered a desk, which was delivered in very protective cardboard packaging, with clear and accessible parts and instruction for assembly. Delivery was extremely professional, from the contact, position updates, politeness of delivery personnel and care in moving the large item upstairs.

Beautiful piece of furniture, delivered in some seriously heavy duty packaging. Thoroughly easy to deal with throughout, the idea of showing how many pieces are left in stock is neat as well. Thanks very much!

I bought a Zeke desk. Delivery arrived on time but wasn't around to inspect the contents in detail at that time. Subsequently found a damaged section. Customer services were very efficient in organising the delivery of a replacement part with a specific time slot. Although not problem free, Made dealt with the problem as best they could. Would shop here again.
